1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Patagonia Haven Resort & Spa. By accessing our website, booking a reservation, or utilizing any of our property amenities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before confirming any reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Reservations and Age Restrictions
All reservations are subject to availability and written confirmation by the hotel. When making a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information.
- Age Verification: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check into the hotel. Valid government-issued photo identification is required upon arrival.
- Casino Lounge Access: Access to the Private Casino Lounge is strictly restricted to guests aged 18 and older. The hotel reserves the right to request age verification at any time within this area and deny entry to anyone failing to produce valid ID.
- Group Bookings: Reservations of five (5) or more rooms are considered group bookings and may be subject to different terms, conditions, and deposit requirements.
3. Check-in and Check-out Policies
To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we enforce standard check-in and check-out times:
- Check-in: Available from 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-out: Must be completed by 11:00 AM local time. Late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability and an additional half-day or full-day fee.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Deposits
All rates displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable local taxes and service charges, which will be detailed during the booking process.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. A deposit equivalent to the first night's room rate and taxes may be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance, including any incidental charges incurred during your stay (spa, dining, tours), must be settled in full upon check-out.
5. Cancellation and Modification Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a penalty equivalent to 100% of the booking total.
- No-shows or early departures will be charged for the entire duration of the reserved stay.
- Modifications to dates or room types are subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.
6. Property Rules and Guest Conduct
We strive to maintain a calm, premium, and safe environment for all our guests. By staying with us, you agree to adhere to the following rules:
- Smoking: Patagonia Haven Resort & Spa is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited in all rooms, balconies, and public indoor spaces. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to the room of any guest violating this policy.
- Damages: Guests are liable for any damages caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repairs or replacements.
- Pets: With the exception of certified service animals, pets are not permitted on the resort premises.
- Quiet Hours: To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the resort, quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
7. Website Use and Intellectual Property
The content, design, layout, graphics, and typography of this website are the exclusive property of Patagonia Haven Resort & Spa. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from this site without our express prior written consent.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraudulent bookings, transmitting malware, or interfering with the site's security features.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to ensure a safe and secure environment, Patagonia Haven Resort & Spa shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, the use of our facilities, or participation in off-site tours, except where such liability is mandated by law. Guests utilize the spa, pool, and nature trails at their own risk.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your stay at the resort shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Santiago, Chile.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website and our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
